Wepox Injection is a brand of Erythropoietin (EPO), a synthetic version of a natural hormone produced by the kidneys that stimulates the bone marrow to produce red blood cells. It's mainly used to treat anemia, especially in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), cancer, or those undergoing chemotherapy or dialysis.
